Bullying
This can be anything done or said on purpose to upset you. Bullies can:
- Frighten others by shouting at them
- Push and punch
- Hurt with unkind and cruel jokes
- Ask for sweets or money
- Damage or steal your property
- Threaten you
- Influence others not to be your friend
If you are being bullied, either in or out of school, there is only one thing to do - tell someone straight away and get help! Talk about it at home or to an adult you trust. If you find it difficult to talk it might help to write down how you are feeling.
