Alcohol / Drugs
If you're between 13 and 18 years of age and feeling worried about your use of drugs and alcohol then you can contact The Young Persons Substance Misuse Worker based at TRAX Alternatively you can ask your doctor, social worker, youth worker or parent to contact him on your behalf.
If you are having problems at school, work or home that may be due to the drugs or alcohol you are taking, then you might benefit from talking to a young person's worker. They can provide information and advice about drug and alcohol use as well as giving you an opportunity to talk about what you think and feel is going on for you.
